Well, married & divorced two times before I found my knight in shining armor. Number 3 is a keeper! My husband is retired military so we can travel for free on military transports. We take advantage of this great perk when we can. We are both retired from Federal Government service which provides a nice pension. For the past 7 years, We spend winters in Palm Springs, CA. A great relief from the dismal PNW gray winters.

After divorce in 1979, I tested for and was accepted in the Carpenter's Local 1715 Apprenticeship program. I helped build the 2nd powerhouse at Bonneville Dam, worked in the early construction of I-205 Bridge, and the Evergreen Overpass on I-5. My father was also a Union carpenter for many years. It was a privilege to have worked with him on the Bonneville Dam and I-205 Bridge projects.
